Tavo Sports is hiring a driven Sales Development Representative to help us grow our presence with volleyball clubs across North America.

Tavo is an AI-powered sports video analysis platform that helps teams turn game footage into automatic stats, highlights, and insights. We work with volleyball clubs, teams, coaches, athletes, and organizations across North America.

We’re growing quickly and are looking for someone who is comfortable picking up the phone, reaching out to club directors and decision-makers, and consistently booking qualified sales meetings.

What You'll Do

- Prospect and reach out to volleyball clubs and sports organizations across Canada
- Make outbound cold calls to club directors, owners, coaches, and other decision-makers
- Send personalized outbound emails and follow-up messages
- Follow up consistently with prospects who aren't ready to book immediately
- Book qualified demos for our sales team
- Keep leads, conversations, follow-ups, and opportunities organized in our CRM

What We're Looking For

- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls
- Confident speaking with business owners and decision-makers




- Competitive, self-motivated, and results-oriented
- Previous SDR, BDR, appointment-setting, cold calling, or sales experience is preferred, but we care more about your ability to communicate, learn quickly, and consistently generate results.
- Experience selling to sports organizations, schools, clubs, or SaaS customers is a plus.

Compensation Base salary + performance-based compensation

Base: $40,000–$55,000 CAD

OTE: $70,000–$80,000 CAD

Compensation will depend on experience, with additional incentives tied to qualified meetings and sales performance.

Pay: $40,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
