Duties

- Greet customers warmly and assist them with product inquiries, demonstrations, and purchases
- Conduct product demos to showcase features and benefits, especially for technology or specialized items
- Handle cashier responsibilities including cash handling, POS (Point of Sale) transactions, and balancing registers accurately
- Manage merchandising displays to attract customers and promote featured products effectively
- Provide bilingual support to serve diverse customer needs and improve overall shopping experience
- Maintain organized records of sales transactions, customer interactions, and inventory levels
- Offer excellent customer service by addressing questions promptly, upselling relevant products, and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments or managing phone inquiries with professionalism and courtesy

Skills




- Multilingual abilities with fluency in English and at least one additional language to serve a diverse clientele
- Proven experience in retail sales, especially in technology or related sectors involving product demos
- Strong cashiering skills with familiarity in POS systems and cash handling procedures
- Excellent communication skills for engaging customers effectively and providing clear product explanations
- Demonstrated ability to upsell products while maintaining a positive shopping experience
- Good organizational skills to manage time efficiently and keep the sales floor tidy and appealing
- Customer service expertise with a friendly attitude and professional phone etiquette
- Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately and managing inventory counts
- Knowledge of merchandising principles to optimize product displays for maximum impact
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a quick-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
