WE’RE HIRING: SALES & OPERATIONS MANAGER

247 Handyman | St. John’s, NL

We’re looking for an organized, motivated person to help grow 247 Handyman and manage our day-to-day bookings.

This is a hands-on role combining sales, customer service, scheduling and social media promotion.

Your responsibilities

- Answer customer calls, messages and inquiries.
- Turn leads and quotes into booked jobs through consistent follow-up.
- Schedule handymen and organize efficient daily routes.
- Post our services in local Facebook groups where business advertising is permitted.
- Manage Facebook page posts and respond to customer messages.
- Coordinate job details, materials and customer updates with our team.
- Follow up after jobs, collect payments and request customer reviews.
- Track leads, booked sales and job progress.
- Sell additional services while working within our pricing guidelines.

We’re looking for someone who:




- Is confident speaking with customers and closing sales.
- Has experience in sales, customer service or business operations.
- Is comfortable using Facebook and basic scheduling software.
- Can work independently and keep things organized.
- Understands home repairs or construction — an asset.
