About Us

Red Willow Financing is a growing Canadian recreational vehicle financing business helping customers across the country secure financing for ATVs, side-by-sides, boats, trailers, and other recreational vehicles.

We specialize in working with customers from rural and remote communities and pride ourselves on building genuine relationships through friendly, personalized service.

We’re looking for an experienced, motivated Sales Representative to join our growing remote team.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Making outbound calls to prospective customers using company-provided leads and contact lists.
- Building relationships with customers and understanding their financing needs.
- Explaining our financing application process and helping interested customers submit applications.
- Following up with existing customers and assisting them through outstanding financing requirements.
- Maintaining accurate customer records and managing daily follow-ups.
- Working closely with our finance department to move applications toward approval and funding.

Who We’re Looking For We’re particularly interested in candidates who:
- Have previous experience in telephone sales, customer service, call centres, or related industries.
- Are confident, friendly,



and comfortable having conversations with current people.
- Are patient, persistent, and genuinely enjoy helping customers.
- Can work independently from home and manage their own daily schedule.
- Are comfortable making outbound calls throughout the workday.
- Are organized, reliable, and committed to following up with customers.

Experience in automotive sales, financing, insurance, or appointment setting would be an asset but is not required.

- Compensation: Only Commission, Make 500$+ per deal. Some sales people make 2k/ month some make 10k+
- Schedule: Minimum 20hrs per week
