Position Overview

We are seeking a welcoming, attentive, and enthusiastic Sauna & Cold Plunge Host to create a safe, relaxing, and memorable wellness experience for our guests. This role is responsible for maintaining a clean and inviting environment, guiding guests through their sauna and cold plunge experience, and ensuring all safety and operational standards are met. The ideal candidate is passionate about wellness, hospitality, and helping others feel comfortable and supported.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

- Guest Experience: Welcome guests, explain sauna and cold plunge protocols, and provide friendly, attentive service throughout their visit.
- Safety & Guidance: Educate guests on safe sauna and cold plunge practices, including recommended exposure times, proper use of facilities, and when to exit.
- Facility Maintenance: Maintain clean, organized, and sanitary sauna, cold plunge, shower, and lounge areas.
- Water Quality & Equipment: Monitor water temperature, cleanliness, and equipment function, and report any maintenance or safety concerns promptly.
- Daily Operations: Assist with opening and closing procedures, restocking supplies, preparing facilities for guests, and completing routine checklists.
- Guest Support: Answer questions, provide guidance to first-time visitors, and help create a calm, inclusive, and welcoming atmosphere.




- Health & Safety Compliance: Follow established sanitation procedures, emergency protocols, and workplace health and safety standards.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the team to ensure smooth daily operations and consistently high standards of service.

- Willingness to learn sauna and cold plunge protocols, sanitation procedures, and emergency response practices.
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, fitness, or wellness is an asset.
- First Aid and CPR certification is required.

Pay: $18.25-$21.00 per hour Expected hours: 4.0 – 16.0 per week
