- Support daily store operations before and after closing
- Conduct inventory cycle counts and manage product returns
- Create visually appealing product displays using merchandising standards
- Engage with customers on the sales floor and provide tailored experiences
- Respond promptly to customer feedback and questions Requirements:
- Previous experience in specialty retail preferred
- Willingness to adapt and learn new skills
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds safely
- Adaptable schedule availability including evenings and weekends
