Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Azure Cloud Architect to lead the design and implementation of enterprise-scale Azure cloud solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Azure architecture, networking, security, governance, automation, and cloud modernization, with experience working in complex enterprise or regulated environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Design scalable, secure, highly available, and resilient Azure cloud architectures.
- Lead Azure Landing Zone, subscription management, governance, and enterprise cloud strategy.
- Architect Azure networking solutions including VNets, NSGs, Azure Firewall, Private Endpoints, VPN, and ExpressRoute.
- Implement Azure security using Microsoft Entra ID, RBAC, Managed Identities, Key Vault, Azure Policy, and Zero Trust principles.
- Develop infrastructure automation using Terraform, Bicep, or ARM templates.
- Drive cloud migration, modernization, DevSecOps, and CI/CD initiatives.
- Define strategies for high availability, disaster recovery, monitoring, scalability, and cost optimization.
- Ensure Azure solutions comply with enterprise architecture standards, security policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cloud engineering, infrastructure, security, application, and business teams.
- Provide technical leadership, architecture documentation,



and guidance to engineering teams.

Mandatory Skills
- 12–15+ years of overall IT experience with significant Azure Cloud Architecture experience.
- Strong expertise in Azure Landing Zones, cloud governance, and enterprise architecture.
- Advanced knowledge of Azure networking and hybrid connectivity.
- Strong experience with Entra ID, RBAC, Key Vault, Azure Policy, and cloud security.
- Hands-on experience with Terraform/Bicep and Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
- Experience with cloud migration, modernization, HA/DR, monitoring, and enterprise infrastructure.
- Strong architectural design, technical documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills
- Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Docker, and containers.
- Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Microsoft Defender for Cloud.
- Azure Solutions Architect Expert / AZ-305 certification.
- Experience within banking, financial services, or other highly regulated environments.

Qualifications
- 12–15+ years of professional IT experience.
- Proven experience designing and implementing enterprise-grade Azure solutions.
- Solid understanding of cloud security, governance, networking, compliance, and architecture best practices.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Banking or financial services experience is strongly preferred.
