This hybrid position requires working on-site in Mississauga at least 2 days per week. The ideal candidate will possess over 10 years of experience in employment law, with solid negotiation skills and the ability to deliver strategic legal counsel.

In this role, you will ensure compliance with employment laws, develop policies in collaboration with HR, and advise on legal risks related to business strategies.
