Required

· 5 - 8 years of experience Product management experience, owning products from 0-to-1

· Experience managing products from inception to deployment at growth-stage startups

· B2B SaaS PM experience, owning entire entire product and its deployment, rather than a few features.

Nice to have

· Experience in highly-regulated/compliance-driven industries (i.e. insurtech, healthtech, fintech, etc.)

· Launched products and worked with enterprise customers

Education

Bachelors degree from a U.S., Canadian, or British university

About this role

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager with 5-8 years of experience to own and drive a new AI-powered document intelligence product line at company, the leading Claims Intelligence platform for North America's largest insurers. You'll be the first PM on the ground, defining success metrics, running POCs with enterprise customers, and taking the product from early traction to scale. This is a high-autonomy role where you'll work cross-functionally with engineering, design, sales, customer success, and a new data team — reporting directly to the CEO.

What will you be doing?

· Own the roadmap for company's new document understanding product (Bluejay) — including document summaries, artifact generation, AI-assisted chat, and task management features

· Define and establish KPIs and success metrics for the recent product line from scratch

· Run proof-of-concept engagements with enterprise insurance carriers and iterate based on customer feedback

· Partner cross-functionally with engineering, design, sales, marketing, customer success, and data teams to ship features that delight enterprise customers

· Move fluidly between long-term strategy and hands-on execution, bringing structure to ambiguity in a fast-moving Series B environment
