Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly and take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms
- Prepare and serve a variety of drinks, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic beverages, adhering to standard recipes and presentation standards
- Serve food items efficiently while ensuring proper food handling and safety protocols are followed
- Manage cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties and cash handling procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, tables, and service stations in compliance with food safety standards
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their visit, addressing any concerns promptly with a positive attitude




- Assist in setting up the bar for service, restocking supplies, and closing procedures at the end of shifts

Experience

- Previous restaurant or food industry experience is highly preferred, especially in bartending or serving roles
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar technology is advantageous
- Strong understanding of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables or drink orders efficiently during busy periods
- Proven customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests
- Basic math skills for cash handling, billing accuracy, and order calculations
- Knowledge of bartending techniques, drink recipes, and alcohol regulations is a plus
- Experience in hospitality environments that emphasize teamwork, professionalism, and attentiveness
