We're launching an exciting new café and restaurant concept in Vancouver, combining exceptional food, specialty coffee, creative beverages, and genuine hospitality in a vibrant, welcoming atmosphere.

We're looking for a talented, charismatic, and experienced hospitality professional who knows how to turn great service into an unforgettable customer experience.

This isn't just about taking orders or serving drinks. It's about creating connections, remembering guests, making thoughtful recommendations, and giving people a reason to come back.

What You'll Do

Customer Experience & Hospitality

- Deliver exceptional, personalized service that makes every guest feel genuinely welcome.
- Build relationships with regular customers, remember their preferences, and create memorable experiences.
- Confidently introduce our menu, recommend products, and guide guests through their experience.
- Handle customer concerns professionally, turning challenges into positive experiences.
- Create an energetic, friendly, and polished atmosphere.
- Drive sales through genuine recommendations, upselling, and robust product knowledge.

Serving & Bartending

- Provide attentive and efficient table service.
- Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, beer, and other beverages with consistency and attention to presentation.
- Demonstrate knowledge of spirits, classic cocktails, and beverage pairings.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar and service area.




- Follow responsible alcohol service standards and all applicable regulations.

Barista & Café Operations

- Prepare quality espresso-based beverages, including lattes, cappuccinos, and specialty drinks.
- Demonstrate confidence using commercial espresso machines and grinders.
- Maintain consistency in coffee quality, milk texture, and presentation.
- Assist with counter service, POS transactions, and takeaway orders.
- Work seamlessly between café, bar, and restaurant service depending on business needs.

Who We're Looking For Experience & Skills

- Previous experience as a restaurant server is required.
- Experience in bartending and barista operations is strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of customer service in a quality café, restaurant, or hospitality environment.
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident in recommending products and increasing sales naturally.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multitasking environment.
- Serving It Right certification or willingness to obtain it before serving alcohol.

Pay: $18.25-$21.00 per hour
