We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Server to join our vibrant bar and restaurant team! Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and guide them to their tables with a friendly demeanor
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring all special requests are noted and fulfilled
- Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
- Upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales opportunities
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties and cash handling procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining areas, ensuring food safety and proper food handling practices are followed
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any service issues promptly
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks when needed, supporting overall restaurant operations




- Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve multiple tables efficiently without compromising service quality
- Provide excellent guest services by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring a memorable dining experience

Experience

- Previous food service or restaurant experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for hospitality is essential
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms is advantageous
- Robust customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities
- Knowledge of food safety regulations, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques
- Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, billing, and order calculations accurately
- Experience in food industry roles involving serving, cashiering, or hospitality enhances your candidacy
- Demonstrated time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during high-volume service times
- Kitchen experience or understanding of food preparation processes is a plus but not mandatory
