Duties

- Greet guests warmly and assist them in selecting food and beverage options, providing detailed menu descriptions and recommendations.
- Take accurate orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring all details are correctly entered for timely service.
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including classic cocktails, beer, wine, and specialty drinks, adhering to all food safety and responsible alcohol service standards.
- Manage cash handling procedures accurately, including cashiering duties and processing payments efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area and dining space, following food handling and safety protocols diligently.




- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any customer concerns promptly.
- Uphold high standards of hospitality by providing exceptional customer service, engaging with guests professionally, and creating a welcoming atmosphere.

Skills

- Proven experience in restaurant or food service environments, with a strong background in bartending or serving roles.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS for order entry and cashiering functions.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy hours while maintaining quality service.
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
- Basic math skills for cash handling, bill splitting, and inventory management.
- Experience with alcohol service regulations, including responsible beverage service practices.
- Ability to work efficiently as part of a team in a quick-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
