Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring correct entry and timely delivery
- Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling, cashiering, and processing payments with basic math skills
- Maintain food safety and sanitation standards by adhering to proper food handling procedures and sanitation protocols
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities




- Assist in food preparation or kitchen support as needed to ensure smooth service flow during busy periods

Skills

- Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments with solid customer service skills
- Familiarity with POS systems, especially Micros POS, for order entry and payment processing
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during high-volume shifts
- Knowledge of food safety regulations, sanitation practices, and proper food handling techniques
- Ability to perform basic math accurately for cashiering and transaction purposes
- Strong communication skills for guest interactions and teamwork within the restaurant staff
- Experience in upselling menu items to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring guest satisfaction
- Kitchen experience or hospitality background is a plus for supporting overall restaurant operations
