We provide guests with a relaxed environment to enjoy sporting events, socialize, and utilize our VLT lounge. We are seeking a reliable, professional Server to join our team and contribute to a consistently positive and welcoming guest experience.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests and provide warm, consistent service
- Take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized section, including VLT seating areas
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar staff
- Monitor guest needs, including responsible alcohol service
- Process payments and manage guest checks
- Stay attentive to both dining and VLT guests, ensuring comfort and safety
- Follow all safety, sanitation, and service guidelines
Qualifications:
- Previous serving experience preferred, especially in a bar or lounge setting
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Friendly, calm, and qualified demeanor
- Ability to work independently during slower periods and efficiently during busy times
- Availability for evenings and weekends
- Must meet legal requirements for serving alcohol and working around VLTs
