Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks responsibly, adhering to all food safety and alcohol service regulations
- Manage cash handling and cashiering duties efficiently, including processing payments and giving correct change
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas, ensuring compliance with food handling and safety standards
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any guest concerns promptly
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their experience,
addressing needs proactively to enhance their visit
Experience
- Previous restaurant or food industry experience is highly preferred, especially in serving or bartending roles
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar transaction platforms
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar orders efficiently during busy periods
- Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and professional demeanor
- Knowledge of food safety practices, proper food handling, and responsible alcohol service regulations
- Basic math skills for cashiering, calculating bills, tips, and managing cash transactions accurately
- Experience in hospitality environments that require multitasking, quick thinking, and effective communication
