Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and energetic Server/Bartender with a passion for the hospitality industry to join our team. In this role you will be the first to greet our guests in our establishment. Excellent customer service skills are required.

The ability to create a welcoming atmosphere while efficiently seating, taking orders, serving food and beverages is expected while maintaining high standards of food safety and quality. Your attention to detail and observation will be necessary to ensure our guests have a memorable experience that keeps them coming back.

Duties

- Greet guests warmly and seat them promptly upon their arrival
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, including modifications and dietary restrictions
- Enter orders into the POS with correct sequencing for kitchen timing




- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, following standard recipes and safety guidelines
- Wine service
- Deliver items in proper sequence and verify accuracy before leaving the table
- Check in after initial bites to ensure satisfaction
- Handle cash and process payments accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, tables, and service areas in compliance with food safety standards
- Monitor guest satisfaction, address concerns promptly, and ensure a positive dining experience
- Manage multiple tables and bar efficiently through effective time management skills

Pay: $18.25 per hour Expected hours: 4.0 – 20.0 per week
