We are seeking an energetic and friendly Server/Cashier to join our dynamic team! Duties

- Greet guests warmly, take their orders accurately, and serve food and beverages promptly
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS to process transactions efficiently
- Handle cash, credit card payments, and perform cashiering duties with precision and integrity
- Ensure food safety standards are maintained during food handling and preparation processes
- Assist with food preparation tasks as needed to support kitchen staff and ensure timely service
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dining area, counters, and workstations in compliance with health regulations
- Provide excellent guest services by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction

Requirements





- Previous food service or restaurant experience is preferred but not required; a passion for hospitality is essential
- Familiarity with POS systems like Micros POS or similar platforms
- Strong time management skills to handle busy service periods efficiently
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper sanitation procedures
- Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and processing transactions accurately
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and work in a fast-paced workplace
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly attitude towards guests and team members
- Experience in food industry roles such as serving or kitchen work is a plus but not mandatory
