Server / Front of House Team Member
O’Key Buffet Restaurant – Pincher Creek, AB
O’Key Buffet is looking for friendly, dependable, and hardworking Servers / Front of House Team Members to join our team.
Because we are a buffet-style restaurant, the position is simpler than traditional table service. There is no regular menu order-taking required. The main focus is welcoming guests, keeping tables clean, assisting customers when needed, and helping maintain a comfortable dining environment.
Main Responsibilities
- Greet customers and help seat them
- Explicit used plates, cups, and cutlery from tables
- Clean and reset tables quickly for incoming guests
- Keep the dining room and customer areas clean and organized
- Assist guests with general questions and requests
- Help with cashier/POS duties when required
- Work with other team members to keep service running smoothly
- Follow restaurant cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety procedures
What We’re Looking For
- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada
- Friendly and comfortable interacting with customers
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work well with a team
- Previous restaurant, customer service, or hospitality experience is preferred
- POS or cash-handling experience is an asset
- Basic math skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Available for some evenings, weekends, and holidays
