Must have open availability 7 days a week between 10:30am and 9:30pm. Join our dynamic team as a Server and become the heart of an energetic, guest-focused dining experience! Duties

- Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm to set a positive tone for their dining experience
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems, including Micros POS, ensuring timely communication with kitchen staff
- Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining proper food handling and sanitation standards
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
- Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately, including cashiering and processing payments
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, service stations, and dining areas in compliance with food safety regulations
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure prompt food preparation and delivery, supporting overall restaurant operations
- Provide excellent guest services by addressing questions,



resolving concerns, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere

Experience

- Previous food service or restaurant experience is highly preferred; familiarity with the food industry will be advantageous
- Strong customer service skills with a passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction
- Ability to manage time effectively in a quick-paced environment, prioritizing tasks efficiently
- Knowledge of POS systems such as Micros POS is a plus; basic math skills are essential for handling transactions accurately
- Experience in food handling, sanitation, and food safety practices to ensure compliance with health standards
- Kitchen experience or understanding of food preparation processes is beneficial but not required
- Demonstrated ability to upsell menu items confidently while maintaining professionalism
