We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding hospitality, ensuring that each patron feels welcomed and well-cared for. Your ability to multitask and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment will be key to your success in this role.
Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests promptly in a friendly and professional manner, providing menus, take orders, and provide recommendations based on guest preferences
- Take food and beverage orders accurately using the POS system.
- Serve food and drinks in a timely manner while ensuring presentation meets our standards.
- Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate food preparation and timely service.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area, including tables, utensils, and service areas.
- Process payments efficiently through cashiering procedures while handling cash responsibly.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required.
- Strong math skills for handling transactions and managing bills accurately.
- Familiarity with POS systems for order entry and payment processing.
- Knowledge of food handling and preparation techniques to ensure safety standards are met.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service and satisfaction.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A commitment to maintaining cleanliness and sanitation throughout the dining area.
