- Responsibilities include but not limited to over seeing the restaurant in the General Managers absent
- Daily Cash Balancing and Reports
- Train and Coach new and existing staff on Wendy's Policies and Procedures
- Food Safety Compliance throughout your entire shift
- Being able to have fun in a sometimes stressful setting due to volume of sales

- Must be Reliable
- Must have Reliable Transportation (Public Transit is not consistent in the area)
- Must Have a Positive Attitude and be Willing to Learn New Things
- MUST be able to work weekends and all hours of operation within the restaurant.
