V-Soft Consulting is currently hiring for a Shipping/Receiving Clerk II for our premier client in Ontario. Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1+ years' experience with International shipping and Commercial Invoices is a plus
- 1+ years' experience in fulfillment operations
Knowledge and Skills:
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced workplace with frequently changing dynamics
- Create international invoices using the Global Trade Management System and send them to Global Trade Compliance for approval
- Use the system to ensure that all items have valid part numbers
- Build skids for larger, freight shipments
WHAT YOU’LL DO: Job Responsibilities:
- Affix proper paperwork to each package in preparation for international shipping
- Track and manage incoming deliveries, notifying customers and delivering packages to customers' desks, if required
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
