CGD Roofing is a Barrie-based metal roofing and exterior company. We specialize in mechanical lock standing seam roofing and also install metal siding, soffit, fascia and eavestrough on residential and commercial projects. We’re a small crew that takes pride in clean, straight, well-detailed work.
What you’ll be doing
- Installing metal and vinyl siding, hardie, lp as well, soffit and fascia
- Installing seamless eavestrough and downspouts
- Bending and forming custom trim and flashings on a brake
- Measuring, cutting and fitting trim around windows, doors and corners
- Working from ladders, scaffold and lifts safely
- Keeping job sites clean and organized
- Working with the roofing crew on full exterior packages
What we’re looking for
- At least [1 to 2] years of experience installing siding, soffit, fascia or eavestrough
- Able to read a tape, cut accurately and work to a clean finish
- Comfortable working at heights
- Valid G licence and reliable transportation to the shop or job sites
- Own basic hand tools
- Working at Heights certification
- Shows up on time and takes ownership of the work
Nice to have
- Experience with a brake and custom trim
- Metal siding or cladding experience
- Lead hand experience
