Snow Shoveler / Snow Removal Labourer

Total Snow Solutions is looking for reliable and hardworking Snow Shovelers / Labourers to join our winter snow-clearing team for the upcoming season.
The successful candidates will help keep residential and commercial properties safe and accessible during snow events.
Responsibilities
- Shovel snow from walkways, steps, entrances, and other designated areas
- Explicit snow and ice from residential and commercial properties
- Apply salt and ice-control materials as required
- Assist equipment operators with snow-clearing duties
- Follow company safety procedures
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Communicate with supervisors and work effectively as part of a team
Requirements
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
- Physically fit and able to perform outdoor manual labour
- Comfortable working in cold, snowy, and icy conditions
- Able to work overnight shifts,
weekends, and holidays when required
- Previous snow removal or labour experience is an asset
- Must be available during snow events and for the full winter season
Position Details
Job Type: Seasonal
Location: St. John’s and surrounding areas, Newfoundland & Labrador
Schedule: Weather-dependent; flexible and on-call availability required
This is a salary paid position. Guaranteed pay every week.
