Vita Psychotherapy & Counselling Services is looking for a passionate, dedicated Clinical Social Worker to join our growing team. - Provide Psychotherapy: Deliver evidence-based individual therapy and counselling to a diverse caseload of children, youth, and adults.
- Assess & Treat: Conduct thorough intake assessments to identify mental health needs and develop personalized, client-centered treatment plans.
- Collaborate within the Collective: Actively participate in team consultations, peer supervision, and collaborative meetings to share insights and support fellow clinicians.
- Engage Families: Partner with parents and caregivers when working with children and youth to ensure holistic, systemic support.
- Maintain Meticulous Records: Manage case files independently, ensuring timely and confidential documentation of clinical notes, assessments, and progress.
- Grow Spiritually & Professionally: Contribute to a nurturing environment focused on holistic health, continuous learning, and collective well-being.

Skills & Qualifications

- Credentials:



Master of Social Work (MSW) or equivalent degree, with current registration and in good standing with the relevant regulatory college/board.
- Clinical Experience: Proven experience providing psychotherapy and counseling across multiple age groups (pediatric, adolescent, and adult populations).
- Modality Expertise: Strong foundation in modalities such as CBT, DBT, ACT, play therapy, or trauma-informed care.
- Collective Mindset: A strong desire to work within a team-oriented collective, showing a proactive attitude toward mutual support and peer collaboration.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build deep rapport with clients of all ages and communicate effectively with colleagues.
- Self-Management: Highly organized with the ability to manage a clinical caseload and administrative duties efficiently.
