Store Manager – Convenience Store

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to lead the daily operations of our convenience store. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management, particularly in convenience store operations, inventory control, and sales strategies. This role requires excellent leadership skills, a keen eye for stock management, and the ability to introduce new products and techniques to boost sales.

Responsibilities

- Lead and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Oversee daily operations, including stock management, ordering, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Ensure proper merchandising, visual displays, and store organization to drive sales.
- Hire, train, and develop staff to maintain high performance and adherence to company policies.
- Manage budgets and financial reports to optimize store profitability.
- Implement strategic sales initiatives and negotiate with vendors to secure the best terms.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for employees and customers.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure a positive shopping experience.

- Strong sales acumen with the ability to drive revenue growth.
- Negotiation skills for vendor management and purchasing decisions.
- Budgeting experience to manage store finances efficiently.
- Bilingual or multilingual candidates are a plus.
- Experience in hiring and developing a team that aligns with company values.
