Power Plus Technology Inc. is looking for an experienced, motivated, and dependable Store Manager to join our Crossroads Irving team.

This is a hands-on leadership position offering a variety of responsibilities and the prospect to make a positive impact on both the team and the business.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, support, train, and develop a team of employees.
- Manage daily store operations, employee scheduling, and staffing.
- Maintain high standards of customer service, cleanliness, and store presentation.
- Oversee inventory, ordering, receiving, and merchandising.
- Monitor cash handling, fuel operations, and loss prevention.
- Ensure company policies, safety procedures, and ANBL regulations are followed.
- Address customer concerns and employee performance matters professionally.
- Complete required administrative duties, reporting, and documentation.
- Work alongside employees and assist with daily store activities as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Previous retail management or supervisory experience required.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and make sound decisions.
- Dependable, self-motivated, and comfortable taking initiative.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
- Comfortable with the physical demands of retail, including lifting, stocking, standing for extended periods, and working in coolers or outdoors.
- Criminal background check required, subject to applicable law.





Schedule & Availability
- Full-time position, approximately 40–44 hours per week, with additional hours as needed.
- Must have flexible availability for opening, middle, and closing shifts.
- Weekend and statutory holiday availability required.
- Ability to adapt to changing staffing and operational needs.
- Summer vacation and end of year restrictions apply to management positions during peak business periods, with exceptions considered individually.

Our stores operate seven days a week, generally from 6 a.m. to midnight.

Experience:
