Elevate EY's Managed Services growth as a Strategic Pursuits Leader. Drive strategic initiatives that enhance client engagement and propel opportunity conversion across sectors. As an Associate Director with EY Canada’s Strategic Deals Team, you will lead business development pursuits, engage with Managed Services leaders, and oversee the entire pursuit lifecycle.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, leveraging your experience to influence decision-making and shape growth strategies. This role requires solid analytical and project management skills as you navigate complex opportunities and optimize revenue potential. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead strategic Managed Services business development initiatives

- Drive pursuit lifecycle including negotiations and proposal support
- Partner with client teams for opportunities identification
- Review active pursuits to enhance win rates
- Coach stakeholders on upselling within accounts Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in related discipline
- 10+ years in managed services, business development
- Proven ability in leading complex pursuits
- Strong stakeholder management experience
