Unity Health Toronto seeks a Registered Practical Nurse to join the Stroke and Neuro Rehab team at Providence Healthcare in Toronto. The RPN collaborates with the RN and inter-qualified team to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care, supporting recovery and functional goals. The role requires current Ontario RPN registration, a Practical Nursing diploma, BCLS, and strong communication.

Experience with older adults is desirable; commitment to professional development is expected.
