Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Sandwich Maker to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing delicious sandwiches and ensuring exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have experience in food preparation and a commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation.

Duties

- Prepare a variety of sandwiches according to customer specifications and recipes.
- Operate the POS system, including Micros POS, to process customer orders efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, adhering to sanitation standards.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and manage cash handling responsibilities.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and upselling menu items.
- Ensure all food handling procedures comply with health regulations and food safety standards.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.

Qualifications





- Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant environment is preferred.
- Strong skills in food preparation and kitchen experience.
- Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Micros POS, is a plus.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and order processing.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation guidelines.
- Ability to provide outstanding customer service with a friendly demeanor.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced work environment.
- A passion for serving quality food and creating memorable dining experiences for customers.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: From $17.60 per hour
