Job Summary:

The role is responsible for driving the sustainable growth and long-term success of the Canadian business. Reporting to the President, Americas Commercial, the Country Manager develops and executes strategies that enhance revenue growth, profitability, market share, employee engagement, and customer satisfaction while fostering a high-performing, customer-centric culture.

The role identifies opportunities to strengthen Cooper Vision's market position, promotes operational excellence, and delivers business results aligned with the organization's strategic objectives.
