About the Role

The Company is seeking an Interim Executive Director to lead its mission of promoting justice education, human rights, and equity. The successful candidate will be responsible for the operational continuity of the organization, including day-to-day management of programs, staff, and finances.
This role requires a leader with a genuine alignment to the company's mission, previous experience as an Executive Director or Interim Executive Director in a Canadian not-for-profit or charity, and a robust background in people leadership, financial acumen, and Board governance.

The Interim Executive Director will also be tasked with supporting the team, ensuring program excellence, and leading fundraising efforts.





Key responsibilities for the Interim Executive Director include overseeing the organization's strategic plan, maintaining legal compliance, and fostering a culture of empathy, humility, and inclusivity.
