Board is looking for an executive leader to serve as the Superintendent of Business and Finance and Treasurer of the Board. Reporting directly to the CEO/CEdO, this role requires overseeing financial operations, facilities management, and strategic capital planning. Your leadership will be crucial in aligning resources with the Board's mission and improving student well-being. Key Responsibilities:

- Perform statutory duties as Treasurer under the Education Act
- Manage financial operations, including budgeting and payroll




- Oversee Facility Services and Information Management Services
- Advise the CEO/CEdO on financial risks and compliance
- Represent the Board in labor relations negotiations Requirements:
- University degree in business or finance
- CPA designation and Ontario Business Supervisory Officer Certificate
- 7-10 years of leadership experience in an educational setting
- Expertise in financial modeling and risk management
