This role focuses on developing cutting-edge classes aligned with Swim England's national teaching plan while ensuring exceptional customer experiences. You will contribute to Virgin Active's vision of becoming a Social Wellness Club through effective member engagement and community support. Key Responsibilities:

- Promote and deliver poolside activities and swimming lessons
- Develop creative classes following Swim England's teaching plan
- Ensure a safe, enjoyable environment for members
- Provide great customer service with personal attention
- Maintain accurate records of attendance and fitness improvements Requirements:
- Swim England/ASA Level 2 or STA Level 2 Certificate
- Friendly and approachable manner with members
- Exceptional communication skills
- Experience in customer-facing roles
