Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and passionate team member to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in rapid food preparation and food service , particularly in the pizza-making process (no dough making required). This role requires creativity, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety and quality.

As a Pizza prep team member, you will be responsible for crafting delicious pizzas that meet our customers' expectations while ensuring a clean and efficient kitchen environment.

Duties

- Prepare and cook pizzas according to established recipes and customer preferences.
- Ensure all ingredients are fresh and of high quality, adhering to food safety standards.
- Operate kitchen equipment such as ovens, and cutters safely and efficiently.
- Assist in the preparation of other menu items as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper food storage practices.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely meal preparation and service during peak hours.
- Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and report any shortages to management.




- Follow all health and safety regulations related to food handling and sanitation.

Requirements

- Food safe certificate - good to have.
- Previous experience in a fast food restaurant or food service environment is preferred.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations is essential.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- Passion for cooking and creating high-quality meals that satisfy customer expectations.
