Roles & Responsibilities:

- Manage and support VMware vSphere environments, including virtual machines (VMs) and VM templates.

- Build, configure, and maintain Windows servers and related infrastructure services.

- Administer Active Directory services, including DHCP, DNS, and Group Policy Objects (GPOs).

- Perform Linux deployment, configuration, and administration activities, with Red Hat Linux experience considered an asset.

- Handle incidents, service requests, and change management activities through ServiceNow.

- Support server hardware setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting as required.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure stable and secure infrastructure operations.

- Maintain system documentation and follow organizational processes and standards.

Qualifications & Skills:





- Strong hands-on experience with VMware vSphere, virtual machines, and VM templates.

- Experience building and administering Windows Server environments.

- Robust knowledge of Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, and GPO management.

- Experience with Linux administration; familiarity with Red Hat Linux is an advantage.

- Working knowledge of ServiceNow, Incident Management, and Change Management processes.

- Understanding of server hardware installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid and collaborative environment.
