Michael Garron Hospital is seeking a dedicated Withdrawal Management Counsellor to join our interprofessional team in Toronto. You will support adults with substance use and mental health needs, conducting biopsychosocial assessments and developing care plans in a rapid-paced clinical setting.

You will collaborate with Social Workers, RNs, RPNs, and NPs to ensure safety and wellbeing, applying trauma-informed, anti-oppressive, and health equity approaches while maintaining strong communication
