Taproot Community Support Services is seeking a Residential Child and Youth Worker (RCYW) to provide care for youth in a residential setting under BC regulations. You will work as a key worker, assessing needs and creating plans in collaboration with the care team.

Responsibilities include helping youth cope with trauma-informed approaches, maintaining safety, administering medications as directed, and coordinating with schools, families, and the community.
