I & J Travel is looking for a motivated, customer-focused person to help clients plan and book their trips. We’re willing to train the right candidate.
Responsibilities
- Recommend and book travel options based on clients’ needs and budgets.
- Arrange flights, hotels, car rentals, and excursions.
- Assist clients with booking changes and travel issues.
Qualifications
- Travel agency experience is an asset, but not required.
- GDS experience, especially Amadeus, is an asset.
- Solid customer service, communication, and attention to detail.
- Reliable, motivated, and willing to learn.
- Cantonese and/or Mandarin preferred.
Job type: Full-time
Work location: In person
Pay: $17.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
