Water Street Church is on a quest for a Faith Formation Coordinator (FFC) to support faith formation and spiritual development. The ideal candidate will guide the faith formation team and work closely with volunteers across church ministries.

This full-time position requires strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills to foster a vibrant church community.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the faith formation team in ministry initiatives
- Collaborate with volunteers to enhance church programs




- Support and encourage spiritual growth among church members
- Organize and oversee educational programs and events
- Align teachings with Reformed Christian doctrine

Requirements:

- Master’s degree preferred or relevant education
- Experience in ministry or related field is an asset
- Robust knowledge of Scripture and Reformed doctrine
- Effective teaching and collaboration skills
- Acceptable Vulnerable Sector Police Check required
