Join our agile vineyard team as a Vineyard Worker and become a vital part of the agricultural process that produces high-quality grapes. In this energetic role, you'll engage in hands-on tasks that support the growth, maintenance, and harvesting of vines. Responsibilities

- Assist in planting, pruning, and training grapevines to promote healthy growth and optimal fruit production
- Operate farm machinery and power tools safely for tasks such as mowing, tilling, and soil preparation
- Maintain irrigation systems to ensure proper water distribution and vine health
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment and tools to keep operations running smoothly
- Conduct manual labor involving heavy lifting and physical activity during harvest seasons and vineyard upkeep
- Monitor vine health and identify pest or disease issues, reporting findings promptly for action
- Support general farm maintenance including cleaning, repairing fencing,



and managing debris

Skills

- Mechanical knowledge to operate and troubleshoot farm machinery and power tools effectively
- Understanding of irrigation systems and horticulture principles for plant care and vineyard management
- Experience with maintenance tasks related to farm equipment and infrastructure
- Ability to use hand tools safely and efficiently for various vineyard projects
- Basic math skills for measuring, estimating quantities, and recording data accurately
- Physical strength for heavy lifting, prolonged standing, bending, and working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Familiarity with heavy equipment operation such as tractors or sprayers is a plus

Pay: $18.25 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 – 50.0 per week
