Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Warehouse Manager to lead our warehouse operations with energy and precision. In this role, you will oversee daily distribution activities, create an effective team, and implement process improvements to optimize efficiency. Your leadership will ensure seamless supply chain management, accurate inventory control, and exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

- Lead and supervise warehouse staff, fostering a motivated and high-performing team through effective communication and leadership skills
- Oversee warehouse distribution processes, including order picking, packing, shipping, and receiving to ensure timely delivery
- Manage inventory accuracy
- Coordinate with procurement and purchasing teams to optimize stock levels and reduce excess inventory
- Implement process improvements to enhance workflow efficiency, safety standards, and overall productivity
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations,



including heavy lifting protocols and forklift operation standards
- Analyze data related to supply chain performance to identify opportunities for continuous improvement

Qualifications
- Proven experience in supervising warehouse or distribution center operations with strong leadership skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Microsoft Outlook, and Windows operating systems
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities in French are a plus
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, logistics, packaging, and 3PL (third-party logistics) providers
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and operate forklifts; forklift certification is desirable
- Data analysis skills for monitoring KPIs and driving process improvements
