Overview

Join our dynamic warehouse team as a Warehouse Shipper/Receiver and become a vital part of our logistics operations! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently handling the shipping and receiving processes, ensuring that all goods are properly loaded, unloaded, and documented. Your proactive approach will help maintain smooth warehouse distribution, support order fulfillment, and contribute to the overall success of our e-commerce and retail operations.

Duties

- Safely load and unload shipments using appropriate equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, and order pickers
- Verify incoming and outgoing shipments against packing lists, purchase orders, or delivery documents to ensure accuracy
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) and MRP (Material Requirements Planning) software to track inventory movements and update records
- Prepare packages for shipment by packing items securely, labeling correctly, and ensuring compliance with company standards
- Manage order picking processes to fulfill customer orders efficiently in an e-commerce environment
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace by properly storing inventory in designated areas according to warehouse distribution protocols
- Conduct basic math calculations for inventory counts,

Requirements
- Prior experience working in a warehouse environment with knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures
- Valid certification for forklift operation; experience with reach trucks is preferred
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), AS400 systems, or other inventory tracking software
- Ability to perform order picking accurately using order picker equipment or manual methods
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for load & unload tasks and inventory accuracy
- Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying shipment quantities
- Physical ability to stand, walk, lift heavy items, and operate warehouse machinery throughout shifts
