The Waterfront Operations Coordinator supports the safe, efficient, and customer-focused operation of marina facilities across the waterfront portfolio. Reporting to the Area Manager, this position coordinates daily operational activities, provides frontline tenant and stakeholder support, conducts routine inspections, assists with maintenance, and supports compliance with organizational, safety, and environmental standards.

Coordinator will supervise and manage our frontline operations summer students who occupy the roles of Property Attendant, Marina Attendant and Waterfront Ambassadors.
