As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Welder/Fitter with high standards of workmanship to join our team in our Elmira, Ontario facility.

Reporting to the Production Manager, you’ll be a trusted welder to the Production Team helping weld and assemble the pieces that directly support our field installation projects.

What You’ll Be Doing:

As a Welder/Fitter you’ll be responsible for the strategic, hands on work that includes but is not limited to:

- Accurately read, analyze and interpret blueprints and drawings
- Prepare, assemble and weld pieces of metal and/or structures as per specifications
- Use and build various jigs to assemble components
- Operate various tools and equipment.
- Work with sheet metal and perform structural fillet welding
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
- Recognize and understand weld symbols

What You’ll Be Doing:

We’re seeking an experienced Welder/Fitter who combines their strong technical expertise with their commitment to quality workmanship. You likely have:
- Minimum 3 years’ welding experience
- Current CWB GMAW Flat ticket, or ability to achieve




- Skills in fitting and welding steel structures and sheet metal with strong understanding of welding techniques
- Competent with using bandsaw, drill press, ironworker, and various welders
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Capable of working under pressure and pushing through challenging rush part scenarios
- Strong communication, problem solving, critical thinking and decision-making skills
