Duties

- Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth workflow and high-quality food service
- Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver outstanding customer experiences and uphold food safety standards
- Manage food preparation and cooking processes to maintain consistency and quality in all menu items
- Oversee cash handling, POS transactions (including Micros POS systems), and financial accuracy during shifts
- Conduct interviews and assist with hiring new team members to build a strong, reliable workforce
- Monitor food handling procedures, hygiene practices, and compliance with health regulations
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and ensure guest satisfaction at all times

Skills

- Proven experience in food service,



restaurant management, or hospitality roles with supervising responsibilities
- Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen operations
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively and foster a positive work workplace
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms for cash handling and order processing
- Experience in interviewing, onboarding new employees, and conducting performance evaluations
- Deep understanding of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and health regulations
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, energetic approach to guest interactions
