Responsibilities

- Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth flow from food prep to serving customers
- Lead and motivate team members to deliver outstanding service while maintaining high standards of food quality and safety
- Oversee food preparation and cooking processes, ensuring adherence to recipes and safety guidelines
- Manage cash handling and POS transactions using Micros POS systems accurately and efficiently
- Train, interview, and onboard new team members to build a robust, cohesive staff
- Monitor food handling procedures to ensure compliance with health regulations and safety standards




- Address customer concerns promptly and professionally to foster positive dining experiences

Experience

- Proven supervising or team management experience in the food service or restaurant industry
- Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and food safety practices
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms
- Experience in restaurant management, including overseeing kitchen operations and customer service
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff members
- Knowledge of food handling procedures, hospitality standards, and restaurant operations
- Previous roles involving cash handling, serving, bartending, or hotel/hospitality experience are advantageous
