Duties

- Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, efficient service to enhance their dining experience
- Prepare food items according to established recipes and safety standards, ensuring quality and consistency
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems, including Micros POS, to process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Handle cash and credit card payments with precision, maintaining proper cash handling procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all areas of the restaurant, including kitchen and dining spaces
- Assist with food handling, storage, and inventory management to uphold food safety regulations




- Upsell menu items to maximize sales opportunities while providing excellent customer service

Experience

- Previous food preparation or food service experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS is a plus
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy hours
- Experience in cashiering, serving, or restaurant operations will help you excel in this role
- Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards is highly valued
- Basic math skills are essential for accurate cash handling and transaction processing
- A positive attitude with excellent customer service skills to engage guests and promote a welcoming environment
