Ignite potential at the YMCA as a Wellness Coach, ensuring excellent service in our Fitness Centre. Engage and support members in achieving their fitness goals while creating a welcoming workplace. The YMCA of Northern Alberta seeks a Wellness Coach dedicated to member success.

This role involves supervising activities, maintaining equipment, and proactively engaging with members. You will ensure that our Fitness Centre remains a safe and enjoyable space while being responsible for delivering Y Thrive coaching sessions. Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee activities within the Fitness Centre for safety
- Proactively engage with members, anticipating their needs
- Monitor and address fitness centre etiquette issues
- Perform regular cleaning and maintenance of equipment
- Conduct fitness orientations and respond to inquiries Requirements:
- Experience in a customer service role preferred
- Obtain Y Thrive Coaching YMCA certification within 3 months
- Post-secondary education in a related field is an asset
- Able to obtain a Police Information Check
- Intermediate First Aid and CPR-C certification required Make a difference at the YMCA, supporting members in their fitness journeys and enhancing community health.
